With a background in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and over a decade of experience in social services, Pamela brings a unique, people-first approach to real estate—grounded in empathy, clear communication, and strong advocacy.

Since entering the real estate industry in 2004 through new home construction, Pamela has built a comprehensive skill set designed to serve a wide range of client needs. She holds a real estate broker’s license, remote notary commission, signing agent certification, and licensed property tax consultant —allowing her to offer seamless support to landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, investors, and entrepreneurs.

Pamela is also a rental expert who specializes in helping renters navigate challenging situations. She works closely with clients who have evictions, broken leases, low or derogatory credit, or felony convictions—providing solutions, guidance, and second-chance opportunities when others may not. Her background in advocacy and problem-solving allows her to approach each situation with discretion, respect, and determination.

In addition, Pamela specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, offering step-by-step guidance and education to make the process clear and stress-free. She also provides mentorship to real estate investors, helping them build and grow successful portfolios. Her experience extends to real estate owned (REO) properties and commercial leases, giving her clients access to opportunities across multiple sectors of the market.
